AEMO is consulting on proposed amendments to the Gas Supply Hub Exchange Agreement (EA) under the expedited process in clause 3.4 of the EA. This document contains the matters required to be published in relation to the proposed amendments under clause 3.2(b) of the EA.
These amendments are open for public consultation from 3rd March 2014, with submissions closing on Tuesday 18 March 2014, and can be found below:

Since opening consultation, AEMO held a meeting with members of the Gas Supply Hub Reference Group on 4 March 2014 to provide an overview of the proposed changes and seek initial feedback.
At that meeting, a representative of Australia Pacific Marketing Pty Limited (APLNG) outlined a proposal for additional minor changes to the EA, which had been included in a request submitted to AEMO shortly before the meeting, in response to the notice of consultation. Those proposed changes are explained in this document.
AEMO considers that the proposed changes are of a minor or administrative nature, are uncontroversial, and that it is appropriate to address them in this consultation together with changes of a similar nature. No contrary views were expressed at the meeting.
Subject to consideration of any feedback from interested persons, AEMO proposes to make changes outlined in the documents above, together with those set out in the notice of 3 March, with an effective date of 20 March 2014.
As stated in the notice of consultation, written comments on any of the proposed amendments are invited by 5pm (Eastern Daylight Savings time) on Tuesday 18 March 2014.
