AEMO declares a Forecast LOR1 condition under clause 4.8.4(b) of the National Electricity Rules for the NSW region for the following periods:

[1.] From 0800 hrs 20/06/2024 to 0830 hrs 20/06/2024.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1750 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 1358 MW.

[2.] From 1730 hrs 20/06/2024 to 1900 hrs 20/06/2024.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1750 MW.

- A large reduction in generation in VIC; and/ or
- Restrict power transfer across the VIC - South Australia (SA) interconnector (Heywood interconnector).
