AEMO declares a Forecast LOR1 condition under clause 4.8.4(b) of the National Electricity Rules for the NSW region for the following Period:

[1.] From 1730 hrs 18/05/2024 to 1830 hrs 18/05/2024.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1430 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 1281 MW.

2. From 1600 hrs to 2230 hrs 20/05/2024.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1430 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 807 MW.

AEMO will also upgrade other relevant applications for Dispatch ,5-Minute Predispatch ,Predispatch, PD7 and PASA as part of the Integrating Energy Storage Systems project (IESS). This change will become effective upon rule commencement on 3 June, 2024.
