AEMO Governance Review
Prior to AEMO’s commencement, a commitment was made for its supporting governance arrangements to be reviewed following three years of operation. In order to assist with this commitment, last year AEMO carried out an internal review of the corporate governance arrangements currently in place, building on feedback received from members and gained through operational experience over this period.
These findings were published for consultation over August and September 2013, ‘AEMO Governance Review’, and discussed with AEMO Members at its Annual General Meeting in November 2013. This report and responses received are attached here.
Having further considered feedback received over the review process, including from Members at the November AGM, AEMO has published the following update to Members and interested stakeholders here.
