AEMO has completed consultation on the development of the Baselines Eligibility Compliance and Metrics Policy by publishing its Final Report and Determination.
Under the Wholesale Demand Response Mechanism (WDRM), from October 2021, consumers will be able to sell demand response in the wholesale market. The WDRM Rule introduces a new market participant category, the Demand Response Service Provider (DRSP).
The Baselines Eligibility Compliance and Metrics Policy will come into effect on 24 June 2021.
