The Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) advises under clause 3.15.21(f) of the National Electricity Rules (NER) that it has issued a notice to suspend Elysian Energy Pty Ltd from all trading in the NEM in its registration category of Market Customer.
The suspension takes effect from 0:00 hours Australian Eastern Standard time on 02 September 2022.
Elysian Energy Pty Ltd is ineligible to trade or enter into any transaction in the NEM until such time as AEMO notifies Elysian Energy Pty Ltd and all other Registered Participants that the suspension has been lifted.
