The Gas B2B hub servers will be updated to support TLS (Transport Layer Security) 1.3 version. Also the legacy versions 1.0 and 1.1 will be disabled and not be supported going forward. Participants are required to use TLS 1.2 as a minimum protocol to communicate with AEMO, failing to do so will impact the connectivity. An outage is not expected but, there may be some minor interruptions during the change period. Participants are required to make sure the connectivity is intact post change implementation. In case of any issues noticed, please reach out to AEMO Support Hub.

Lan-2-Lan VPN Participants (IPSEC) - Up to 4 hour outage for participants who have established their VPN connection/s via the AEMO QLD datacenter termination point (202.44.76.10 for Policy Based VPN's or 202.44.76.12 for Route Based VPN) only - All L2L connections should be established to both QLD / NSW.

Note: Participants are encouraged to ensure their VPN connections are already established or are configured (as per AEMO best practice) to automatically failover to the alternate AEMO NSW datacenter termination point (202.44.78.10 or 202.44.78.12) prior to this scheduled outage. *** Failure to do so will impact connectivity to Marketnet Services ***.

B2B VPN - No impact is expected.

SSL VPN Participants: None expected as DNS entry will be updated to remove QLD IP.

GASHUB: A brief interuption of up to 60 seconds while services are failover from QLD to NSW Datacenter.
