AEMO is undertaking a consultation on the GSOO Procedure changes required as a result of the AEMC’s review into extending the regulatory frameworks to include hydrogen and renewable gases rule change. Changes to the GSOO Procedures are required to ensure that covered gases are appropriately incorporated into the Procedure.
The effective date of procedure is expected to be 31 July 2024.
