Ausgrid publishes combined Distribution and Transmission Annual Planning Report 2013
Ausgrid published the combined Distribution and Transmission Annual Planning Report 2013 on 20 December, 2013. With a five year forward planning horizon for the distribution network, this is the first Distribution Annual Planning Report to be published by Ausgrid.
It reflects the outcomes of the annual planning review of Ausgrid’s electricity distribution network. An update to Ausgrid’s TAPR 2013, published in June, is also included as Chapter 12 - TAPR 2013 Update. This will align the publication of the DAPR and TAPR in future years into a combined annual planning report.
The purpose of this combined annual planning report is to inform Registered Participants, stakeholder groups and interested parties of the identified future network needs and the proposed and committed solutions to these needs, and the potential opportunities for non-network solutions, particularly for large investments where the Regulatory Investment Test for Distribution (RIT-D) applies.
