AEMO published a Notice of Effective Date (NoED) on 30 August 2022 regarding introducing a new substitution and estimation methodology for Volume Boundary Meters and Volume Boundary Hybrid Meters in the NSW/ACT retail gas market. The effective date of these approved changes is 31 March 2023.

AEMO published a Notice of Decision (NoD) on 11 February 2022 regarding introducing a new substitution and estimation methodology for Volume Boundary Meters and Volume Boundary Hybrid Meters in the NSW/ACT retail gas market. AEMO’s decision is to approve the changes contained within the Impact and Implementation Report (IIR).

AEMO published an IIR to introduce a new substitution and estimation methodology for Volume Boundary Meters and Volume Boundary Hybrid Meters in the NSW/ACT retail gas market. The proposed change will only have system impacts for Jemena Gas Networks. This proposal is a revised version of IN004/20.
