AEMO did not instruct load shedding.

AEMO has not been advised of any disconnection of bulk electrical load.

The cause of this non credible contingency event has been identified and AEMO is satisfied that another occurrence of this event is unlikely under the current circumstances.

The cause of this non credible contingency event is not known at this stage.

AEMO's weather service provider has issued forecast temperatures equal to or greater than the NEM Local Temperature Alert Levels for listed weather stations below.

Mt Gambier Ap (39+ Deg C): 3rd Feb

There is an opportunity for testing Project Energy Connect (PEC-1) for flows from South Australia to Victoria direction up to 150 MW on 31th January from 11:00hrs to 15:00hrs

This test includes switching of transmission lines and reactive plant in South Australia and in New South Wales.
