Today, AEMO has announced changes to its organisational structure and provided an update on its leadership team.
A new Policy & Corporate Affairs division has been established, accountable for government and stakeholder relations, communications and media, along with strategic reform for both electricity and gas.
To be led by Ms Violette Mouchaileh, who most recently held the role of AEMO Executive General Manager (EGM) Reform Delivery, the new division will enable closer collaboration between strategic market reform and the engagement and communications functions.
Additionally, Nevenka Codevelle, EGM at AEMO Services, has resigned and will finish up at the end of June, allowing time for a smooth transition.
In making the announcement, AEMO CEO Daniel Westerman thanked Nevenka for her leadership, drive and dedication.
“After three years at AEMO, Nevenka has shown great leadership and made a significant contribution,” Mr Westerman said.
“We wish Nevenka every success in her next endeavours,” he said.
