AEMO advises all registered participants in the Short Term Trading Market and the Declared Wholesale Gas Market that AEMO has issued notices to Weston Energy Pty Ltd in accordance with rules 260 and 488 of the National Gas Rules, with the following effects:
- Suspension and revocation of the registration of Weston Energy Pty Ltd as a Market Participant – Retailer in the Declared Wholesale Gas Market with effect from the gas day commencing 24 May 2022.
- Suspension of Weston Energy Pty Ltd as a STTM Shipper and STTM User at each STTM hub in the Short Term Trading Market with effect from the gas day commencing 24 May 2022.
- Revocation of the registration of Weston Energy Pty Ltd as an STTM User at each STTM hub in the Short Term Trading Market following completion of the retailer of last resort process.
