Dispatch Pricing and miscellaneous procedures

AEMO has completed consultation on amendments to various dispatch procedures. Minor amendments were made to implement 5MS, and other general improvements for document clarity.

Note that the names of some documents have been updated and all have been transferred to the new AEMO template with a different layout. As such, comparing the original procedure to the updated procedure will result in an unnecessarily large number of tracked changes. For clarity, changed marked document versions have not been provided. However, to assist stakeholders, a summary of changes for each document can be found in the table below.
