AEMO published an Impact and Implementation Report (IIR) to amend all East Coast Retail Market Procedures (RMP) as part of the Gas Retail Package 1 2023 Consultation. The changes involve minor changes to the RMPs to introduce flexibility regarding the timing of Customer Own Read (COR). This consultation includes other non-controversial initiatives that will aligning documentation with existing operational processes, remove redundant processes and progress industry’s broader program of work to harmonise the various jurisdictional retail documentation wherever possible. AEMO has published an IIR below. Submissions closed on COB 17 February 2023.
