AEMO is consulting on proposed expedited amendments to the Gas Supply Hub Exchange Agreement (EA).
These amendments are open for public consultation from Thursday 21 March 2024, with submissions closing by 5.00pm (EST) on Monday 22 April 2024.
Consultation responses can be submitted directly to AEMO at Hub_Reference@aemo.com.au.
Amendment of the GSH Exchange Agreement to:
- Implement location SWAP products
- Include EGP and UGS GSH Trade Points
- Administrative changes
AEMO has published an Impact and Implementation Report (IIR) below, which details the proposed changes to the Exchange Agreement and associated documents. The Draft Exchange Agreement v17 with the changes incorporated is published below.
