The Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) advises under clause 3.15.21(f) of the National Electricity Rules that Mojo Power East Pty Ltd (receivers and managers appointed) (ACN 159 727 401) (Mojo Power East) is suspended from all trading in the National Electricity Market (NEM) with effect from 00:00 hours Australian Eastern Standard time on 22 June 2023.
Mojo Power East is registered in the category of Market Customer in the NEM.
Mojo Power East is ineligible to trade or enter into any transaction in the NEM until such time as AEMO notifies Mojo Power East and all other Registered Participants that the suspension has been lifted.
