INC0126874 | Overnight standing data updates not reflecting in MSATS Enterprise MDM
SERVICE INTERRUPTION - ALERT
AEMO is experiencing a service interruption relating to the Market Settlement & Transfer Solution Enterprise MDM service.
The overnight MSATS CATS change requests are not reflected in the MSATS Enterprise MDM. This has also impacted the Meter Data ingestion.
MDPs are advised to not resend meter data files until advised or resolved notification for this incident has been received.

AEMO's weather service provider has issued forecast temperatures equal to or greater than the NEM Local Temperature Alert Levels for listed weather stations below.

The NEM Local Temperature Alert Levels are:
Launceston Ti Tree Bend: 33 Deg C, Dalby Airport: 37 Deg C, for all other selected weather stations: 39 Deg C.
AEMO requests Market Participants to:
1. review the weather forecast in the local area where their generating units / MNSP converter stations are located and,
2. if required, update the available capacity in their dispatch offers or availability submissions consistent with the forecast temperatures.

Participant Impact and Requirements: The following impacts are expected during this maintenance:
- All access to the Electricity B2B Hub will be unavailable.
- All access to the Gas B2B Hub and all ebXML gateways (AEMOMIBB, AGNLGWY, LVI & VENCORP) will be unavailable. CATS and MDMT transactions for VIC/QLD will be delayed during the maintenance window.
- Users are not required to take any action due to this change, however will need to enact manual workarounds for the outage period.

QNI Minor testing (NSW to Qld) 7th February 2024

There is an opportunity for testing QNI Minor for flows from NSW to Qld up to 750 MW on Wednesday 7th February 2024 from 1400 to 1800hrs.
This test includes a trip and reclose of a line in northern NSW.

The change has some login outages that are below and will impact participants logging into the web portal for MSATS, OPDMS, NOS and EMMS production environments.
AEMO recommends users who need to use these AEMO services, login prior to the start of the outage and remain logged in.
NOTE: If you log out of this session, you will be unable to log back in until the completion of the outage.
A URM outage will occur between 11:00 - 11:30 AEST and have an expected outage duration of upto 15 minutes. During this time users will not be able to have new login sessions into TMM, OPDMS, NOS or EMMS WebPortal.
The MSATS outage is 10:00 - 14:00 AEST which is the agreed maintenance window.
Participants should be aware that: MSATS, Meter data processing, RM reports, B2B, B2M screen, NMI Discovery, CDR, CDP will not be available Participant passwords will be retained. Users that log out and users that try to log in once the URM outage has commenced will only be able to log in after URM outage is complete. Any password resets or new account creations completed during the URM outage window will need to be redone MSATS FTP sessions will be disabled during outage Wholesale MMS FTP will still be available .
The redirection menu will be unavailable during the MSATS outage timeframe Report any impacts to the AEMO Information and Support Hub or call 1300 236 648.
Fast Frequency Response Market - Increase in L1 FCAS dispatch cap from 12 February 2024.
Following review of the operation of the Very Fast FCAS market, from 1300 hrs AEST on Monday 12 Febraury AEMO will:
Increase the cap on dispatch of Very Fast Lower (L1) Contingency FCAS from 100 MW to 125 MW
Retain the cap on dispatch of Very Fast Raise (R1) Contingency FCAS at 225 MW
No other changes to the dispatch of Very Fast FCAS or FCAS constraint equation changes will be made on this date.
