Inter-regional transfer limit variation - constraint automation to manage Power System Security in QLD region - 10 Dec 2024
AEMO ELECTRICITY MARKET NOTICE
In order to maintain the power system in a secure operating state in the QLD region, AEMO has invoked automated constraint set CA_SYD_566A36E5 from 1245 hrs until further notice.
This constraint set contains equations with the following interconnector on the LHS;
NSW1-QLD1, N-Q_MNSP1
Refer to AEMO Network Outage Scheduler (NOS) for further information.

The Forecast LOR2 condition in the NSW region advised in AEMO Electricity Market Notice No. 121686 has been updated at 1200 hrs 10/12/2024 to the following:
1. From 1730 hrs to 1830 hrs 16/12/2024.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 730 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 592 MW.
