Minimum regional demand is forecast to be 1299 MW at 1300 hrs, and the advisory threshold is:
o MSL1 - 1560 MW
o MSL2 - 1060 MW
o MSL3 - 560 MW
The regional demand is forecast to be below the MSL1 threshold for the following period[s]:
