Request for Generator Recall Information for the period from 25/11/2024 to 26/11/2024 for NSW Region

AEMO ELECTRICITY MARKET NOTICE

Refer to AEMO Electricity Market Notice no. 120700, 120699 and 120698.

Please provide Generator Recall Information for the period from 25/11/2024 to 26/11/2024, by 1200 hrs on 21/11/2024 via the Generator Recall communication system, in accordance with clause 4.8.5A of the National Electricity Rules.

AEMO ELECTRICITY MARKET NOTICE

The Forecast LOR2 condition in the NSW region advised in AEMO Electricity Market Notice No. 120672 has been updated at 0450 hrs 20/11/2024 to the following:

[1.] From 1400 hrs 26/11/2024 to 1530 hrs 26/11/2024.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 700 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 116 MW.

[2.] From 1930 hrs 26/11/2024 to 2030 hrs 26/11/2024.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 730 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 213 MW.

AEMO is seeking a market response.

AEMO has not yet estimated the latest time it would need to intervene through an AEMO intervention event.

The Forecast LOR3 condition in the NSW region advised in AEMO Electricity Market Notice No. 120671 has been updated at 2230 hrs on 19/11/2024 to the following:

[1.] From 1530 hrs 26/11/2024 to 1900 hrs 26/11/2024.
The maximum load (other than interruptible loads) forecast to be interrupted is 397 MW at 1800 hrs.

Inter-regional transfer limit variation - Moorabool - Sydenham No. 2 500 kV Line - VIC region - 19/11/2024

A planned outage of Moorabool - Sydenham No. 2 500 kV Line in the VIC region was scheduled from 1130 hrs 13/11/2024 to 1900 hrs 20/11/2024.

The outage has been completed and Moorabool - Sydenham No. 2 500 kV Line returned to service at 1640 hrs 19/11/2024
