The information on this page is to assist proponents and potential new transmission operators considering on providing contestable transmission works in Victoria.
Businesses that wish to operate transmission assets in Victoria must have a transmission licence issued by the Electricity Services Commission Victoria (ESCV). Contact the ESCV for more information on how to apply.

The current list of Declared Transmission System Operators (DTSOs) with operational transmission assets in the Victorian Declared Transmission System (DTS) are alphabetically listed below. These transmission operators have obtained a transmission licence from the ESCV and are providing a transmission service to AEMO in Victoria.

This list will be updated as new transmission operators establish transmission assets within the DTS in Victoria. A proponent may engage with any qualified network operations business who intends on applying to become a transmission operator to perform contestable transmission services.
