There was an unplanned outage of the Basslink interconnector at 0235 hrs. The Basslink interconnector has been returned to service.

The following constraint set was revoked at 0810 hrs 21/05/2024

An Actual LOR1 condition has been declared under clause 4.8.4(b) of the National Electricity Rules for the NSW region from 1700 hrs.
The Actual LOR1 condition is forecast to exist until 1930 hrs

The capacity reserve requirement is 1630 MW
The minimum capacity reserve available is 1028 MW

The capacity reserve requirement is 1430 MW
The minimum capacity reserve available is 1314 MW

The outage has been rescheduled to be completed by 1200 hrs 19/05/2024.
