The actual LOR1 condition in the Qld region advised in AEMO Electricity Market Notice No. 114397 has been updated at 1915 hrs 06/02/2024 to the following:

The Actual LOR1 condition is forecast to exist until 2000 hrs.

The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1045 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 950 MW.

An Actual LOR1 condition has been declared under clause 4.8.4(b) of the National Electricity Rules for the QLD region from 1800 hrs.

Following review of the operation of the Very Fast FCAS market, from 1300 hrs AEST on Monday 12 Febraury AEMO will:

Increase the cap on dispatch of Very Fast Lower (L1) Contingency FCAS from 100 MW to 125 MW

Retain the cap on dispatch of Very Fast Raise (R1) Contingency FCAS at 225 MW

No other changes to the dispatch of Very Fast FCAS or FCAS constraint equation changes will be made on this date.
