AEMO declares a Forecast LOR1 condition under clause 4.8.4(b) of the National Electricity Rules for the QLD region for the following period:

[1.] From 1800 hrs 29/02/2024 to 1900 hrs 29/02/2024.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1260 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 1035 MW.

In order to maintain the power system in a secure operating state in the NSW region, AEMO has invoked automated constraint set CA-BRIS_54F2ABFD_1 from 1610 hrs until further notice.

This constraint set contains equations with the following interconnector on the LHS;

At 1425 hrs 28/02/2024 there was an unplanned outage of 275kV South Pine SVC.

Constraint set Q-SP_VC invoked from 1435 hrs.

The constraint set contains equations with the following interconnector on the LHS:
