At 1350 28/11/2023 hrs Tungkillo- Robertstown No.1 and No.2 275kV lines and the Robertstown No.1 and No.2 synchronous condensers were reclassified due to the elements tripping at 0534 hrs 28/11/2023
The cause of trip was identified as due to lightning.
In accordance with SO_OP_3715, AEMO now considers the following elements to be vulnerable due to lightning.
Elements: Tungkillo- Robertstown No.1 and No.2 275kV lines and the Robertstown No.1 and No.2 synchronous condensers.

The cause of trip was identified as due to lightning.
In accordance with SO_OP_3715, AEMO now considers the Hadspen - Palmerston No.3 & No.4 110 kV lines to be vulnerable with a category of probable due to lightning.

Fast Frequency Response Market - Increase in R1 FCAS volume 18 December 2023.
Following review of the operation of the Very Fast FCAS market, from 1300 hrs AEST on Monday 18 December AEMO will:
Increase the cap on dispatch of Very Fast Raise (R1) Contingency FCAS from 175 MW to 225 MW
Retain the existing cap on dispatch of Very Fast Lower (L1) Contingency FCAS at 100 MW
No other changes to the dispatch of Very Fast FCAS or FCAS constraint equation changes will be made on this date
