The Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) advises under clause 3.15.21(f) of the National Electricity Rules (NER) that it has issued a suspension notice to Pooled Energy Pty Ltd from all trading in the NEM in its registration category of Market Customer.
The suspension takes effect from 0:00 hours Australian Eastern Standard time on 25 May 2022.
Pooled Energy Pty Ltd is ineligible to trade or enter into any transaction in the NEM until such time as AEMO notifies Pooled Energy Pty Ltd and all other Registered Participants that the suspension has been lifted.
