The Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) advises under clause 3.15.21(f) of the National Electricity Rules (NER) that it has issued a notice to suspend Social Energy Australia Pty Ltd from all trading in the NEM in its registration category of Market Customer.
The suspension takes effect from 0:00 hours Australian Eastern Standard time on 26 August 2022.
Social Energy Australia Pty Ltd is ineligible to trade or enter into any transaction in the NEM until such time as AEMO notifies Social Energy Australia Pty Ltd and all other Registered Participants that the suspension has been lifted.
