ACTUAL NEGATIVE SETTLEMENT RESIDUES - QLD to NSW - 1 July 2021.

Electricity Market outcomes have resulted in the accumulation of negative settlement residues that have exceeded the allowable negative residue threshold for the QLD to NSW directional interconnector.

The negative residue constraint set NRM_QLD1_NSW1 commenced operating from 1505 hrs on 1 July 2021.

This constraint set contains an equation with the following interconnectors on the LHS:
N-Q-MNSP1
NSW1-QLD1

The RHS of the constraint equation may be adjusted to manage residues.
