The AEMO Dynamic Stability Analysis application is indicating violations for a fault on a Hazelwood - South Morang 500 kV transmission line in the Victoria region. The following constraints have been invoked to apply an offset reduction to the Victoria transient stability export limit.
Constraint V-DSA_STAB-100 invoked from 0225 hrs to 0255 hrs.
Constraint V-DSA_STAB-200 invoked from 0250 hrs to 0315 hrs.
Constraint V-DSA_STAB-100 invoked from 0315 hrs to 0350 hrs.
